We love doing custom work and are glad to quote the finished price in advance. Most work takes about 4 weeks from order to shipment. If you have a larger order, they usually take longer, but we can sew pretty quickly. We also offer the option of payment for a RUSH order, if we have the time. Please check before you order if you need a rush.

These lovely, beautiful shoes came in today!!! I ordered late January and they arrived today. Working with Kim was a delight! She was always so quick to respond, very professional, very kind and always understanding! She showed multiple shades of shoe colors for me to choose from and then also she color matched threads for me as well. She never moved forward with the process without consulting me and getting my final approval! The quality of these shoes are above and beyond my expectations because not only is the stitching BEAUTIFUL but she included a lovely note and a handsanitizer to congratulate my engagement. To top it all off I ordered a SECOND pair for my father to match and she provided sketches BEFORE I ordered so I could pick the design I wanted! And they arrived so quick also. I definitely recommend!

First off Kim you are so wonderful and a blessing! I had ordered my converse to send to Kim about a month or so before my wedding, Long story short, Journeys sent me the wrong shoes and then delayed the correct order. I emailed Kim in a frantic with only a week and a half away from my wedding asking if she could please help me in anyway possible! She came to my rescue. Right there she bought the exact shoes I needed where she lives, rushed to pick them up, and then started stitching right away! I rushed my order for a week delivery, but I am not even kidding Kim finished my shoes within 3 days and shipped them out to me after sending me pictures of the beautiful finished work. I was so happy. I was in love! I wanted them on my feet at that moment! EVERYONE loved my shoes! I want to wear them all the time! Thank you Kim!

I can't rave enough about Kim. She was in close contact with me from the moment I purchased my shoes until delivery. She drew plans for my shoes, changed things for me, and used her creative style to create the best wedding shoes ever. The attention to detail is stunning, she was even able to stitch a little motorcycle on the shoe since we love to ride. I can't wait for my fiance to see these on our wedding day.
